Against all odds and breaking many barriers V. Wearing is building a multi-media empire with the purpose to restore, inspire, stand with and empower others to be the greatest first version of themselves.

A Louisiana native with a Georgia peach flavor, she brings a little spice and a whole lot of Southern Hospitality in all that she does and sets out to accomplish. Knowing and understanding the importance of one's story, she has created platforms that help shatter glass ceilings holding people captive while muting their voice.

After 16 years in the Hospitality Industry she has taken her experience of working with, managing and entertaining diverse groups of people from all walks of life and around the globe to create a platform built on establishing collaborations and partnerships over competition.

Rooted and grounded in her faith, the RiseHer Network was birthed from a dream which Verlisa vividly recalls hearing the entire layout of the network yet, more importantly hearing these words, "You will not stretch my people. You will give everyone the opportunity to show their creativity and share their expertise to the world." For this reason the RiseHer Network provides affordable packages while providing great quality to all clients in the areas of media & advertising, tv show hosting and/or publishing.

Her motto is, "Live a life that outlives you."

Verlisa believes everyone can intentionally make an impact on the world by sharing their voices, stories and expertise in order to help address and bring resolve to world issues such as racism, inequality, social injustice, financial empowerment, women's empowerment/equality and many more.

I am a true testament of knowing your brighter day is coming as I have overcome many challenges and obstacles in life, most self-inflicted.  

As an USMC veteran I  learned to look at issues straight on not allowing the problem to linger but readily seeking to find the "silver lining," in order to find the resolution of such problem,  

As an Ordained Minister I've learned no matter the situation, no matter how uncomfortable, unfair and ugly adversities  you find yourself facing it will all work out for your good, in your favor.    

As a Publisher I've created a platform that provides freedom to be as you share stories that will impact the world.  

As a Coach, I remind you that you are not your past, you are not your mistakes, these circumstances do not make you but, you can build off of your experiences like making lemonade from the lemons.

I'm glad you are here, it means you're ready to create a life that is accelerated by your confidence, not limited by your lack of it.
